Dear Karen & Vinny,
While reflecting on this
past season, it occurred to me that I never told
you how much I appreciate all you do to help us.
I really don't know how long we've been using Able
as our exclusive transportation company - five to
eight years is our guess. I do know that in all
that time you have never let me or any of the other
members down. Whatever time day/nite, no matter
how complex our request (like the time the lady
left her purse in the house, you picked it up and
took the purse to her decorator's house), your stock
answer is always absolutely.
Our members are an
exclusive group and expect great service. The feedback
I get in my office from the members has always been
very positive.

Dear Vinny,
I would sincerely like to
thank you and your staff for the best transportation
service I have ever received while transporting
customers during a Grundfos promotion.
Although every transport
company is capable of providing transportation service,
your extremely positive attitude made an exceptional
difference. I can't recall a situation when I asked
for something and I didn't hear the word "Absolutely"
in return!
All of your cars were
always clean and running well, and the drivers showed
professionalism and extreme flexibility with transporting
a large group.
Again, I thank you
and your entire staff on a job well done in transporting
my group of 28 during our three-day stay.

from Juno Beach to Miami International Airport and
also return.
